Cosy one bedroom retreat in the Devon countryside

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Escape to the Exe Valley with this rural hideaway positioned in a peaceful field overlooking the river meadows. Designed and built on the farm, Over The River combines a back-to-nature, outdoor experience with all of the comforts of a boutique hotel just five miles from historic Exeter. Little Church House - a gem in heart of village

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located village home in the heart of the Exe Valley. 1 Allocated parking space, plus parking in village square. Short distance (7 miles) to Exeter & Tiverton. Exmoor & Dartmoor (45 mins drive). Travel cot available charge of £20 (incl, bedding and linen) High chair available. Tea selection, coffee, cereals, bread, milk, (non dairy powder alternative) butter, bacon, eggs , jams, all provided. Please notify of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Newly Refurbished Luxury Country Studio West Green

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, The Studio at West Green is beautifully refurbished, with its own entrance, and in the picturesque Devon countryside. Ideal for an overnight stop, attending a wedding locally or close to Exeter Uni and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving great food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths. The Studio is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens Early/late check-in/out if possible £10

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Wendy House is a new renovated conversion full of modern convenience despite it being set within the historic 1800’s once working farm. Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks.
