Delightful shepherds hut with Rustic piggery

Our shepherds hut and rustic piggery is located a mile outside the picturesque village of Kenn, regularly voted amongst the prettiest villages in Devon with its 13th century church and 12th century thatched pub. Vintage pig nestles in a sheltered valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an ideal location for exploring both the coast and moor, as well as woodland walks/bike rides. The piggery sits in its own private garden within the grounds of our grade II listed Devon longhouse.

A fully self-contained ground floor annexe with dedicated parking in front of your accommodation & suitable for anyone with restricted mobility. Bed linen, towels & toiletries are provided. Comprises of a Kitchen, Hall, large Lounge, large Bedroom with King Size bed, Bathroom, Laundry room/Cloak room & a large Patio area to the rear. The kitchen is well equipped with a Halogen Double Oven, Air Fryer, Microwave,Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine & Fridge. There is WIFI throughout the annexe.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

It’s a really easy place to relax, whether you want beach days, coastal walks or somewhere to unwind for a few days

This quirky 18th century fisher-mans cottage on the River Exe has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. Located on the Exe Estuary Trail, it is perfect for walkers or cyclists.
