This place was perfect for our stay in Bulverde. The bed is SUPER comfy and the entire place is very clean. The view from the balcony is so pretty too. Karen provided everything we could have needed for our stay. We even arrived to find home-made chocolate chip cookies an a little hand-written letter of welcome on the kitchen table when we first walked in! We also liked that there was a desk and office chair so my husband could work remotely during our stay. Karen was very friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. We even got a chance to chat an visit a bit with both Karen and her husband, Robert. They're both lovely people. We would definately stay here again next time we're in the area. Don't hesitate to book this place!

We loved Allison’s place. It was clean, beds were comfortable and so were sofas. Kitchen was perfect size for two or four people. Plenty of hot water while showering plus great water pressure. I loved watching the birds and deer that came every morning and in the evening. Location was great, not too far from restaurants, gym and lots to do in surrounding cities/towns. There’s a nice trail for walking. We would love to come back to this place. Allison responded to questions quickly and so did Jody. Only one thing that could be added. An umbrella for deck. The sun too hot to sit outside on deck so an umbrella would be very helpful. Thank you Allison and Jody Maria

It was a great spot for four people to stay. Walls are a little thin so you can sometimes hear people in the other units, but other than the host and the place was amazing! We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Great little place to stay! Very cozy, and cute! Joaquin and Rick were very responsive and great hosts! We definitely look forward to stay there again in the future! 😊

My husband and I and our little dog had a great time staying at Mindy's place. It was perfect for us! We love sitting outside and watching the deers and it was an easy drive into town or to the caves. I loved the layout of her place, it was small but it was laid out perfectly so that when my husband got up a little earlier than me he could go and sit in the small side room and read his book or get on his computer without waking me up . We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and clean place. There wasn't a photo but there is both a work desk and a little table for two. Bed was a little lumpy but fairly comfortable for one. The jacuzzi is a classic! and so nice to relax in.

Greta place, beautiful creek! Caught a few bass and some crappies! Amazing night sky and lots of wildlife

We had a fantastic time at Haven House. Ideal location, pristine environment and communication with the owners was phenomenal. The kids had a great time feeding the ducks and donkeys (nice touch on crackers and carrots in the fridge). Coffee was stocked with our personal favorites! Morning coffee by the pond was magnificent. Stay here!

We were blessed to do an extended stay for two months while our house was being remodeled. Very clean,,old farmhouse charm, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need and great wifi. The property is beautiful with its massive shade trees and great access to the river. The host and owners have been wonderful to work with. Very peaceful and quiet retreat for sure!!!

As a fellow Airbnb Host all I can say is that I hope my guest enjoy the space at my house as much as I did here. Tonia has something very special here. Btw I have never met her so this is NOT a friend review. The hot tub on the deck for sunsets was amazing. I loved that it’s white so you can judge the cleanliness of the water. The house was spotless, the bed was over the top comfortable, it was simply a fantastic trip for me. I needed down time away from work and it was found here. There is a cool private unused landing strip behind the house that gives you the perfect separation from the road behind the house. The bathroom is huge, the kitchen is well equipped and outside of the house is well lit or dimly lit to preference. I can’t wait to return. Tonia was a fabulous host. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. I reached out to Lisa once and she responded promptly and with the response I needed. Will stay there again if in the Boerne area.

The perfect Hill Country weekend. This place strikes a balance between feeling private & serene, set back into nature, with deer frequently wandering by -- with great walkability to the town square. We enjoyed yummy food and cute shopping around Boerne, and it couldn't have been easier. After parking the car upon arrival, we never had to use it again until we left 3 days later. The space was well-decorated, comfortable and cozy. Our senior dog and 2.5 year old human child felt right at home, too. The sound machines in each bedroom were a great touch.

This Airbnb was perfect to stay at. Me and my friends did a girls trip here and it was clean, had a lot of amenities, and just super cozy. We love sitting outside on the swing bed, watching the deer in the morning. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back at some point!

Awesome stay! So close to a ton of restaurants and shops. Perfect weekend getaway.
