Loft (29m2): living, bedroom, double or twin beds, bathroom, kitchenette with basic amenities, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle (no stove/micro). Lots of young art, 2nd floor by steep stairs, lively street. Historic monument in the middle of the center: all attractions are around. For 2 persons only (no other guests allowed!). Not suitable for nit-pickers. Respect the neighbours. Do not make noise! Smoking is allowed (but you won't smell smoke from the former guests due to crossing windows).
