Charming villa with big garden and private pool. Complete privacy all around the house, great for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool. Villa has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. WiFi internet connection, Air conditioning, all kitchen and washing machines are free to use.

Kuhinja sa roštiljem i velikim stolom u dvorištu/terasi na otvorenom (uz uobičajenu kuhinju u objektu). Još jedna terasa sa komfornim stolom iznad samog bazena. Smješteno u odvojenoj parceli u Kaštel Sućurcu koja garantira mir i privatnost, a udaljena je samo 15 minuta od aerodroma i plaža Splita, Čiova i okolice, te 10 minuta od centra Splita.

You have private parking spot in front of the house, but you do not need car because apartman is near by coffe shop, restaurant, store, post office, bank, beach, hair salon, nail salon, baber shop...Split, Trogir, Aci Marina, Krka and other pleaces are close to Kaštel Sućurac. Apartman is adjusted for older people who are limited with moving.
