En av tre lägenheter att hyra av värdparet Bosse & Vera. Med dem kan man prata Svenska, Kroatiska eller Engelska. Det är en promenad på ca. 250 meter ner till det klarblå Adriatiska havet. Där kan man välja mellan att bada från klippor eller en vik med stenstrand. Vill man promenera in till den mysiga byn Stomorska så är det ca. 1 km. I byn finns det mataffärer och restauranger. najpoželjnija lokacija u splitu za vaš boravak !! stan površine 107 m2 nalazi se na prvom katu seceskijske zgrade prvi red do mora i marine.stan je u potpunosti renoviran od 2021 do 2024 poštujući izvornik te je kao takav prepun umjetnina antikviteta!! nisam kao svi ostali uređivao stan da bude moderan nego naprotiv;godinama sam kupovao antikni namještaj i stan uređivao kako bi se moji gosti osjećali ugodno!! vjerujem da će te biti jako zadovoljni,te ću nastojati sve vaše zahtjeve ispuniti!!

Fantastic stay - great location, close to the city center and close to the city beaches with a beautiful view. At the same time quiet and cozy. A large apartment with all the necessary accessories and a terrace next to the apartment located right next to the swimming pool. The nearby beaches can also be reached on bicycles provided by the hosts at no extra charge. The heated swimming pool with orange trees growing around the garden and mini Zoo add extra charm to Apartments Kate 5+1****

A comofrtable 2-bedroom apartment with big terrace and beautiful sea view. There is private parking in front of the building. 55m2 space with two bedrooms, three beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room + 20m2 of terrace. Apartment is equipped with 50'' TV, Breville coffee machine, and a gas grill on the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine & dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, towels... You are more then welcome to use everything you can find in the apartment.
