Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartman se nalazi na trgu Igrišće ispred njega se nalazi dvorac Rotondo koji je u fazi adaptacije. Parkirališna mjesta se nalaze na trgu. Pješćana plaža Gabine udaljena 200 metara, a malo dalje ima još dosta osamljenijih plaža. Restorani i palačinka bar u blizini apartmana, te blizina supermarketa (300m) te mini market(100m) autobusne stanice za gradove (Split i Trogir) linija broj 37 cca 300m.
