Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

Lovely new apartment. Exclent place for relaxation after long days at the beach. It has a view to the sea and distant islands. It has 1 bedroom, kitchen (+ dish washing machine) combined with living area, bathroom and a balcony. Living area contains foldable sofa which can be stretched into a comfy bed. This apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is between Trogir and Split. Airport is 5 minutes drive away.
