Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του εμπορικού κέντρου της πόλης επάνω σε πεζόδρομο. Είναι στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και έχει απέναντι σούπερ μάρκετ, σε απόσταση 1 λεπτού τράπεζες. Απέχει 5 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη και το Αρχαίο Θέατρο. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ ακριβώς κάτω από την είσοδο του καταλύματος στην τιμή των 10 ευρώ ημερησίως. Απαιτείται κράτηση 48 ώρες πριν. Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
