Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Fühl dich in dieser stylischen 2 Zimmer Wohnung wie zu Hause. Das Apartment ist mit modernem Interior Design eingerichtet. In nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss oder 7 Minuten Busfahrt erreichst du das Stadtzentrum mit leichtem Zugang zu allen Hotspots der Stadt. Sowie auch der Flughafen ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Die 50m2 Wohnung enthält ein King Size Bed, Schlafsofa, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Elektroherd, Smart-TV mit Netflix, einen großen Kühlschrank, Föhn, zwei Balkone und starkes WLAN.

Unser schönes Haus liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Im Preis inbegriffen ist die Basel-Card, mit der ihr während eures Aufenthalts die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos nutzen könnt. Mit der Strassenbahn erreicht ihr das Stadtzentrum in rund 10 Minuten, zu Fuss in etwa 15 Minuten. Das Apartment ist ideal für Familien oder Freundesgruppen, die schön, preiswert und mit eigener Küche wohnen möchten. Der wunderschöne Garten lädt dazu ein, nach einem inspirierenden Tag in Basel zu entspannen.

Wohnung bei der Messe Basel

Die gemütliche Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Sofa und Schreibtisch liegt mitten im Messegebiet in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke. Unseren Gästen stehen zusätzlich ein Apple Computer, ein grosses TV-Gerät mit Netflix, eine Playstation 4 und superschnelles WiFi zur Verfügung. Keine Küche, kein Balkon und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.

The small loft is located in the rear building on the first floor of my former photo studio. It’s simple, cozy, and clean, with everything arranged in one open space featuring a double bed, walk-in shower, and small toilet. The loft has an unconventional character and is best suited for easygoing guests who enjoy creative and unique spaces. I built this loft myself during the Corona years for visiting friends and family. It may not be perfect, but guests have loved it ever since.

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
