Hooksey - a hut above

Hooksey is set within the beautiful Eden Valley, away from the crowds but within easy reach of the delights of the Lakes or the Dales. This spacious accommodation includes one hut with kitchen, dining and lounge area with a smart TV & wood burning stove to cosy up in front of. A glass walkway leads to the second hut housing a double bedroom and gorgeous ensuite shower room. Outside, there is a garden area with countryside views, a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and convenient off-road parking.

Brackenber Byre cosy cabin & garden in the Dales

Brackenber Byre is a cosy converted outbuilding next to an old hill-top farm house. It has a private outdoor campfire area. No WiFi...sorry! Enjoy the log fire, deep bath, double bed and unique decor. The Byre is in the beautiful landscape of the Westmorland Dales and the ideal location for biking, walking, photos, watching wildlife, farm animals and chilling! The Byre sleeps 2 + pet, has a double bed, is heated by a log burner, has a tiny kitchen, a bath and WC. 1 car space right outside.

When friends and family have gone home, this space could be yours. Chill out and relax in this beautiful part of the world. Recently renovated, Pinkfoot Cottage is a character stone, semi-detached cottage. Set in a rural hamlet in the Eden valley. Inhale the amazing panoramic views of the surrounding area (the Lakes, Pennines and Yorkshire Dales). By day explore local walks and enjoy the fresh Cumbrian air. By night cozy up by a log fire, grab your favorite drink, watch the sun go down.

La'l Stenkrith

La’l Stenkrith is a self-contained apartment with free on street parking adjacent to the beautifully scenic Stenkrith Park in the rural market town of Kirkby Stephen which lies at the head of the Eden Valley. Recently refurbished it is situated between the North Penines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is convenient for the Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors, Pennine Way and Coast 2 Coast route, there are plenty of places to walk and explore.

Westwood Farm

Our home and your delightful holiday residence Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy relaxing outside with views across to the fells. Sleep in a very comfortable double-bed, refresh in the en-suite shower and wet-room, utilise the well-equipped kitchen and relax watching TV, listening to the radio, reading or playing games. Like walking or cycling? Use our extensive knowledge of routes, use our boot wash, indoor bike store, bike wash & work station and drying room.

La'l Riggs

La'l Riggs is a former outbuilding we converted in 2025. Sitting at the foot of Stainmore and surrounded by fields and fells, it's an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. For keen walkers there's a good choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.

Kipling Cottage, Tiny One Bedroom House and Garden

This very old, very tiny cottage offers guests a truly cosy place to stay. You’ll find everything you need in just 18 square metres! Ideal for couples and walkers to enjoy a getaway amongst the beautiful countryside of the North Pennines. The approach to Kipling Cottage is stunning and gives you your first glimpse of the beautiful rolling countryside. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for toddlers/small children, and all children must be declared during the booking process.

Rookby Cottage, large Hot Tub & log burner

On the outskirts of Winton in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside in AONB is our 2 bedroom/4 person (including children) holiday cottage. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Be in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, breath in our fresh air and come home every day to your own modern yet country-feeling cottage. Hot tub, seating area at the back, and private entrance all included. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime

Barn annexe La’L Skaithe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.
