Private Cosy house, along the water with canoes!

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. Here, you'll experience the tranquility of the meadows surrounding you, yet entertainment is close by. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive from our park. In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. Paradijs op de Kaag

Leven als een god op de Kaag! Ruim en licht nieuw houten familie-vakantiehuis met losstaande veranda van alle gemakken voorzien. Rondom het huis is een omheind bosterrein en gras van ca. 3.000m2. Volledige privacy. Richting het water is de dijk en daarachter ligt onze bijzonder ruime steiger met plaats voor 3 boten. We verhuren ons huis inclusief onze motorboot van 5.7 meter (april t/m oktober, plaats voor 6-8 personen) en een zeilboot (zeilervaring vereist). In de plassen kan gezwommen worden.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.

Een knusse en toch zeer royale woning met aanlegsteiger en terras op het zuiden gelegen in het pittoreske Rijpwetering. Deze comfortabele woning is gelegen aan de oevers van de prachtige Kagerplassen. Een rondvaart met onze sloep met schipper is zeker een must. in this luxury villa on the waterside, you can relax and enjoy all the facilities. Gelegen op een woonerf met ophaalbrug, in het Groene Hart en toch centraal tussen Amsterdam , Rotterdam en op 7 km vanaf Leiden. Het verblijf bestaat uit een volledige en ruime woning, met eigen ingang, een luxe keuken en beschutte, groene achtertuin. Een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor fiets-, wandel- en vaartochtjes in de landelijke en waterrijke omgeving. Voel je welkom!

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Beautiful house (4) at waterside 20 km from A'dam

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger.
