Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Rosa is apartment 47m2+private balcony 4m2 in the building with a view on the sea channel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor (if you need to get luggage and bags I'll help, and carry them up for you) from center old town walking distance 15-20 minute. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). All furniture is made of the natural materials, linen, towels and the rest canavas are made of cotton.

Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.

Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
