Magical shepherds hut overlooking the river with stunning views, walks from the hut and a host of wildlife. Swimming for dogs ( and humans) Snuggle up around the firepit and listen to the owls hooting or sit out in the sunshine and you might even spot Kingfishers, or an otter if you're very lucky. The beautiful apartment provides the ultimate romantic break for 2 within a stones throw of the city. The Folly has incredible views in all directions, looking out for miles across Devon.

The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Based on a traditional 500 acre farm, Rookery Retreat is a unique shepherds hut nestled in a your own acre of oak woodland, a secret thousand year old time capsule.
