Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

L’appartamento è al pianoterra di una casa indipendente con entrata separata, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochissimi metri. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. L'appartamento è un piccolo open space suddiviso in zona notte con un letto matrimoniale, zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un comodo bagno. Può ospitare solo due adulti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. Vicino allo Splash & Spa Tamaro.

Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da bar/ panetteria, 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostradale Bellinzona-sud a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.
