Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet alpacas 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

The Little House - mix of city and country

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space. Sleeping & seating area, shower room & kitchen, private terrace. Separate entrance & off-road parking. Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

A stunning log cabin that is a cosy, romantic hideaway.Daisy is a unique design built by a local craftsman to provide a luxurious hideyhole from the stresses of modern life.Relax, reconnect, unwind. Alone, together. Set in an orchard with a high degree of privacy,float away on the hammock,watch the flames in your fire pit,or wander around the land meeting the animals and exploring the space. Take a seat in the giant chairs,listen to the fountain in the pond,star gaze from the double hammock.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Funky, compact ,self cont cabin with excellent reviews, stoke canon nr Exeter. Safe off road parking, small garden and country views. 10 min drive into Exeter/Exeter uni/St Davids train station. Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. Reg buses to Exeter or Tiverton village has a shop/Post office and pub that does food & Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and v private. Suitable for a couple/ind but no kids/pets.

Garden cottage near River Exe

Tucked beside a listed cob wall, within beautiful private gardens and woodland, this quaint single storey cottage is the perfect hideaway. Only 10 minutes drive from the cathedral city of Exeter, with its university, theatres, shops and restaurants, Garden Cottage is in a peaceful Devon village with quiet riverside and field walks. The village pub is next door, there is another excellent pub also serving food in the neighbouring village and a highly regarded farm shop about 3 miles away.
