The Blue Cow Barn - Betsie Cottage

The Blue Cow Barn Accommodation is situated on a working farm, 1km from Barrydale town centre. Our farm has gone through many seasons - from a fruit farm to a dairy farm and now a guest farm. Our cottages are named after the cows that were part of the dairy and Betsie is our most flamboyant and eccentric cottage and cow. You'll love this cottage as it is situated in the original farm barn that dates back to the 1960's and the gorgeous mountain view. This cottage also has access to the hot tub.

The region offers hiking, cycing, fishing, swimming, birding, trail runs, wine, art, theatre, paragliding, and nearby hot springs. The 4 sleeper cottage has a half acre garden. Bedroom has queen bed and en suite with tub & shower. Single bed + single sleeper couch in open-plan living area. Braai with stunning mountain views. Pets by arrangement.

Bronze Grove Farm - River Ikhaya

At Bronze Grove Farm and Chalets we encourage you to wonder around and absorb the natural earthy pleasures of farm life. The farm is situated at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain Range and incorporates part of the famous Tradouw Pass and is 3 kms from the quaint little village of Barrydale. We are a working farm concentrating on olives. We hand harvest and produce extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and bottled olives. We have introduced zebra and various antelope that roam freely.

Bokkrans Game Reserve - Unit 3

Bokkrans is a game farm located between Riversdale and Still Bay. Accommodation is available in 3 self-catering units and an African style thatch hut which offers accommodation for up to 15 guests. A swimming pool, deck and BBQ facilities are available for guests. The deck is a communal area with Satellite TV, pool table and darts for guests to enjoy. Activities available such as 4x4 routes, game viewing, bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, kids farm experiences and a play park.

Come make memories at the Ostrich Cottage on our off- the -grid lifestyle farm. This is a unique and secluded place where you can relax, reload and have the best of both worlds. Spend the day at the beach (15 min drive) and an evening around the bonfire or go fishing in the morning and watch zebra's & buffaloes while you sip your wine in the hot tub on your private deck. All off the grid with no Eskom, no wi-fi, no tv. Only solar for lights, gas for hot water, stove and fridge/freezer. Wood for barbecue and fireplace.
