Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. On the South West Coast path, so really great for walkers. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden.
