Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The award winning Formby beach is just a 20min walk. Formby is great for shopping and eating out with a variety of busy popular bars and restaurants that are well worth a visit. Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for extra cleaning.Dogs must not be left unattended on the property. Starlink is available at the property making it ideal for WFH

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
