Getaway to the New Forest

If you are considering a visit to the New Forest, famous for its ponies, we are perfectly located for your stay. The seaside village of Hythe has a good selection of amenities and boasts a marina you can walk around. Visitors can freely see the activities on Southampton water from its promenade. Our accommodation comprises a new fully self contained upper floor apartment sleeping 2/3 adults. A Velux Cabrio balcony overlooks our garden. Diana and Jim are on hand to give you local advice.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

'The Cabin' sits in the heart of West Cowes, tucked away behind the high street. Very compact (and very cute!), the space is kitted out in classic holiday home style. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Shower room. Decked garden with dining table, BBQ and outdoor sofas. Free parking space nearby. Fast broadband (free), digital TV with DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Welcome breakfast for first day included. Good for families but steep steps to access. Book today!

This is in a quiet part of Hamble, ideal for a family holiday or as shore stay for sailors. It is close to great pubs/restaurants, well placed for the Hamble Marinas and 5 mins walk from two co-op stores.
