הזמנו את המקום מהרגע להרגע בגלל תקלה במקום המגורים שהזמנו מראש. קריסטין היתה זמינה וסופר אדיבה למרות התיזמון הלא מוצלח. הבית היה מוכן עבורנו כעבור זמן קצר. היינו אסירי תודה על כך. המיקום של הדירה סמוך למרכז העיירה הנהדרת אפיטוס. הבית נעים מאד והתאים למשפחה שלנו. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה בדירה. מומלץ ביותר!!!

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Liebevoll gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Haus mit Allem was man braucht bis zu Grundprodukten wie Wasser und Gewürzen sowie Waschmitteln. Es gab einen schönen großen Tisch im Freien mit Überdachung für den gemütlichen Abendausklang. Gepflegter Garten mit schöner Beleuchtung. Konstantinos war vor Ort als wir ankamen und gab uns Tips für die Umgebung. In Fussnähe gibt es nicht wirklich etwas empfehlenswertes, ein Auto ist daher unbedingt notwendig. Mit diesem kann man innerhalb einer halben Stunde sehr schöne Strände und Beach-Clubs erkunden. Große Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-Out. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt zu dritt!

We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Harry gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Sonnenaufgang vom Bett/Balkon oder der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Eine wundervolle Gegend, schön und ruhig. Ein Grand Masoutis ist in der Nähe und die Stadt Nea Moudania ist toll für Einkaufsbummel an bewölkten Tagen, wenn man nicht nach Pefkochori oder Kassandria runter fahren will. Es gibt viele Restaurants in nächster Umgebung, zum Beispiel in Nea Potidea und Nea Fokea. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - alle Möbel sind Massivmöbel, die alle sehr stabil und von höchster Qualität sind. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche riechen frisch und sauber, sogar die Decke vom Sofa. Ich liebe den Duft vom Bad im Erdgeschoss. Kleiner Tip, der Shop AB Vassilopoulos hat die größte Auswahl an Dolce Gusto passenden Kapseln (nicht nur Cappuccino, sondern auch Lungo, Starbucks und Lavazza). Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit dem Garten von beiden Seiten. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, trotzallem sehr ruhig. Wir können Yoana nur weiterempfehlen. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wein die wir beim Grillabend genossen haben.

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

We had a great time at George's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The place is very close to the beach and the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝

Olimme oman ja naapurin perheen (8 henkilöä) kanssa lokakuussa 10 päivää reissussa Kreikassa ja majoituimme kyseisessä kohteessa. Kaikki sujui meidän puolesta hienosti ja oli hyvä loma, ei ollut enää paljoa turisteja kaikkialle pääsi hyvin ja sai olla rauhassa. Kaikki tarpeellinen oli auki ravintoloita, kauppoja ym... Majoitus vastasi odotuksiamme ja talossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen meille. Majoittaja oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Voimme suositella omasta puolestamme.

Giannis has been a great host even starting from reservation. Responses were quick and accurate as well as timely. He has been a welcoming and helpful personality always available to support and consult as well as been in touch to ensure that we do have a great time. House is really spacious for a small family of 4 and with nice touches as well as w/ all amenities needed for a short summer break. Internet connection, ok and stable @ around 10 (important if sometimes you need to have a conf. call when cheating on your vacation:-)). Many thanks Giannis!!
