Cottage house 200m from the sea

Καλώς ήρθατε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό κατάλυμα με ιδιωτική αυλή και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή! Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία της Νικήτης πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ και 5' με τα πόδια από το κοντινότερο beach bar. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβατια (γίνονται και διπλο κατόπιν συνεννόησης) , 1 σαλοκουζίνα με άνετο τραπέζι για φαγητό και 1 μπάνιο καθώς και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου και καναπέ.

Two independent, spacious apartments with unique style and all modern comforts are set on a four-acre property with a lush garden. The property is located just 100 meters from the beautiful Vourvourou beach. Both apartments share a large yard, ideal for families and friends. The house is fully equipped with two kitchens, three bedrooms, a living room, a terrace, a patio, and a fully equipped barbecue area. It can accommodate up to 10 people. Guests enjoy full independence and privacy.

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea
