Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. It has a bed and couch with sleeping function.The room has an underfloor heating. Self Check-In after 5 pm (with code). A parking spot is availbe.The house is close to train station S Fredersdorf (1,5 km - 5 min. by bus, details below).The train S5 goes directly to Berlin City center (30-40 min). Free Netflix account

Das schöne Design Holzhaus in der Märkischen Schweiz (50km von Berlin) befindet sich in dem kleinen Künstlerdorf Ihlow, und bietet auf 65m2 Wohnfläche mit einer großen Fensterfront und 35 m2 überdachter Terrassenfläche einen wunderschönen Blick auf Felder und Wälder. Es gibt einen ein großen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit einem Holzofen, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Infrarotheizung.Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensizebett (1,60).

Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Naturspielplatz sowie eine sonnige Terasse, die zum Grillen und Verweilen einlädt. Die naheliegende Badestelle am Teupitzer See ist ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) sind schnell zu erreichen. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Die kleine 40qm-Wohnung im 1. OG befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Vierseithof im alten Dorfkern. Der Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill und das große Gartengrundstück mit u.a. Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
