It has a comfortable kingsized bed, sitting area and smart TV, plus a free standing bath. There is a balcony where you can enjoy a drink or dinner for two.

The Stables is situated on the peaceful and sought after Fallapit Estate. The estate is centrally situated in the heart of the South Hams, and is within driving distance to a number of beautiful beaches, Dartmoor and the pretty towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Modbury, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Guests have access to 18 acres of land to explore including pretty woodland walkways, an orchard, and a peaceful seating area overlooking a lake.
