This spacious industrial house with 2 gardens is situated in the trendy north of Amsterdam. Only 5 minutes bike/car to the NDSM wharf, Amsterdam's hotspot these days with lots of nice restaurants, a flea market, supermarket, bakeries, musea and art galleries. Free ferrys also go there and bring you in 5 min to centre west or 15 min to central station. It's ideal for family's who want to have the busy city nearby but rather stay in a beautiful and peaceful place at the other side of the water.

Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een prachtig vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huis staat direct aan de dijk zonder weg of fietspad tussen jou en het meer. Eigen vervoer is sterk aan te raden.

In de achtertuin of op het terras is voldoende ruimte om buiten te eten en voor kinderen om te spelen.

Our house of 300m2, built in 1800, is located in the old scenic city centre of Weesp, next to the river "Vecht". On the front side you have a lovely view over the river, where can enjoy the boats passing by. Our back garden is secured and located on the sunny Southeast side, ideal for enjoying the sun and children to play in. It is situated close to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. You will enjoy our space because of its location, space, light and admosphere.
