Sunny 65m2 Loft - Superb Canal View - Jordaan Area

Experience serenity in my exquisite 65 m2 corner loft on the elegant Herengracht. Sunlight streams through 7 big windows which give incredible views on the canal and a beyond spacious feeling. The sounds coming from the water are mesmerizing. The atmosphere is quiet and inspirational. Just a 5 min walk to Dam Square, the Anne Frank House and the famous 9 Straatjes, plus a 10 min walk to Central Station. Amsterdam's essence awaits. Spacious and characteristic loft with canal view

Comfortable fully furnished loft/apartment with a mix of quality designer and vintage furniture, complemented with artworks from the painter who lived here for decades. At the front side of the apartment you have a great canal view and at the backside a view on the quiet garden with a beautiful Magnolia tree. Although very centrally located in a lively neighbourhood in the city center, the street and the house is quiet, which is highly appreciated by the owners, two architects, as well.

Totaal gerenoveerd zolder appartement, in een huis uit 1886, luxe afwerking, met bad, aparte douche en apart toilet. Rustige buurt, en maar 50 mtr van de tram die in 15 min op de Dam staat. Ontbijt op verzoek. Buurt vlakbij park, winkels en restaurants. Betaald parkeren in parkeergarage op 300 mtr. Eigen opgang,twee trappen waarvan alleen de eerste gedeeld wordt. Ideaal voor gezinnen of vrienden. ( we prefer quiet people: no parties) 1 slaapkamer, en woonkamer met bedbank

romantic stay in the centre of Amsterdam

Our place is in the heart of the most colorful and popular neighborhood of Amsterdam, de Pijp, around the corner from the Sarphatipark and Albert Cuyp market. De Pijp has a high density of cafés, and many nice places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is also a stone's throw from the river from which Amsterdam takes its name: the Amstel. Almost all museums such as the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, canals and the city centre are all a short walk away.

Light & Lofty Townhouse, in 'de Pijp'

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.
