Er is een aparte kamer voor het ontbijt en een ruime eigen badkamer met ligbad en douche. Gasten beschikken over de gehele bovenverdieping, met vrije opgang. Er is geen kookgelegenheid, wel eet- en afhaalmogelijkheden in de buurt. Geschikt voor twee volwassenen.

Mogelijkheid voor bestellen van ontbijt. Appartement heeft eigen ingang en is volledig ingericht; supersnelle WiFi, tv, cv en parkeergelegenheid. Ook kan elektrische fiets veilig worden vast gezet en opgeladen. Supermarkt vlakbij, sfeervol centrum 5 minuten fietsen.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. In short, a great holiday home in this corona period. You are more than welcome.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Na een dagje werken of de stad verkennen, kom je terug in een knus stadsappartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien!
