Few minutes walk from Perranporth’s famous surfing beach and close to shops, pubs and restaurants (including takeaways). The golf club is just up the hill. There is a bus stop outside the property. Ideal for walking the coastal footpath. We have parking for 1 car.

There is plenty to do on-site including the large swimming pool, a cosy restraunt and bar, play parks, arcade and not to mention the glorious walks from your doorstep. A five minute drive brings you into the fabulous beach town of Perranporth which boast lots of shops, eateries and even a pub on the beach.

The property is in a secluded location down a country lane close to local shops, restaurant and pub in Goonhavern. Just five minutes from Perranporth and ten minutes from Newquay it provides a central location to access the many popular local beaches. It is less than forty minutes from the Eden Project, Lanhydrock National Trust house and gardens and the harbour towns of St Austell, Falmouth, Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey and Fowey.

Veronica Lodge

The Lodge is a detached property located alongside our cottage with its own entrance and parking for up to three vehicles. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful area, surrounded by green rolling hills whilst only being a couple of miles from the popular seaside destination of Perranporth. We live down a byway which means access is a little uneven but easily accessible. The property is light and airy and has wonderful views.
