This nice completely private Tiny house is located in the middle of "het Gooi" and within walking distance of the station (Bussum-Zuid). Forest and heathland within a few minutes' walk. Ideal location in relation to the historic cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht, with car or train connection (within 30 min.). Bussum is also a fantastic location for the city tripper and business traveller. It is close to Hilversum Media Park, beautiful nature and "around the corner" the fortified city of Naarden.

Maar ook de gelegenheid om vertier in de omgeving op te zoeken. Vissen op de steiger of zwemmen in het schone water van de Vecht, het kan hier allemaal. Aan het chalet is een veranda gebouwd.

Vanuit de woonkamer én slaapkamer kijk je uit op het water en de vesting wallen. Waarover je mooie wandelingen kunt maken. De woning is vorig jaar volledig gerenoveerd en van alle behoefte voorzien. Perfecte ligging ten opzichte van Utrecht (30 minuten) en Amsterdam ( 20 minuten). Zo wordt deze omgeving ook wel de "Garden of Amsterdam" genoemd.

Oudste Woonark van Nederland - De Zwerver

De Zwerver is het oudste woon- en atelierschip van Nederland. De Zwerver is gebouwd in 1900 op scheepswerf De Vlijt in Oude Wetering. Kunstenaar, architect en ontdekkingsreiziger Wijnand Otto Jan Nieuwenkamp ontwierp het als woonboot maar gebruikte het tevens als mobiele atelier- en tentoonstellingsruimte. Het schip is volledig gerestaureerd, van alle gemakken voorzien en wordt tegenwoordig gebruikt als accommodatie om te overnachten én vergaderen.
