Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Summer holiday availability close to new waterpark

You will get the luxury of the most amazing sea views from this apartment! Perfectly situated in Goodrington, Paignton. There is a dog friendly beach at the bottom of the road and a dog friendly pub at the top! There is space for up to 4 guests plus up to 2 four-legged friends. There are plenty of walks close by, we are right by the beach and on the South West Coast Path. Everything you need on the doorstep including shops, takeaways, beach, bus stop, restaurants, etc. Parking onsite.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

The avenue, Waterside, a property with a on site terrace, bar and indoor pool(local charges apply) set in Paignton, less than 1 km from Goodrington Sands Beach, 2.3 km from Elberry Cove beach. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Broadsands Beach is 500 metres away. The holiday home includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.
