Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Estuvimos cuatro días en esta preciosa villa junto al mar y la experiencia fue inmejorable. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectar, y la playa está a solo 3 minutos a pie. La casa está impecable, con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado, wifi, cocina equipada, barbacoa) y rincones exteriores muy acogedores. Esther es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Nos lo pasamos genial y sin duda volveríamos. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

No puedo ponerle ninguna pega. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia . La casa es agradable, cómoda y limpia . Zona tranquila y pegada a la playa. El anfitrión estupendo. Volveremos!
