Luxury 2 Bed Barn Conversion

We poured a lot of love into designing The Barn, those soaring double-height ceilings still stop us in our tracks, and we had so much fun layering the place with bold colour and beautiful fabrics. You'll have your own private garden, plus the run of the grounds and fields around: sweeping lawns and a great pond with a rowing boat, if you're feeling brave. Light the log burner, put a film up on the cinema screen, and wander over to the gym whenever the mood takes you. Come and slow down a while.

No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

The vintage kitchen has kept its original charm, while being well equipped with modern conveniences including a washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom boasts views of the village church and hills beyond, and has a super wide bed and high spec mattress. Bedroom 2 is a small bedroom with a single bed and views to Combe Scar.

Ridge House is a secluded fellside retreat in the Howgill Fells, with panoramic views from every window and walks straight from the door. Perfect for families, groups and dogs, it’s a beautifully restored historic home with a huge kitchen-diner, wood burner, south-facing patio and garden for long, relaxed evenings. Step outside and you’re straight into the hills: no driving, no crowds, just open countryside. After a day exploring, come back to a roaring fire and space to unwind together.

Bowderdale Foot is an enchanting refurbished farmhouse situated in the magnificent peace and beauty of the Howgill Fells, Cumbria. Located in the northern area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, there is access to the surrounding fells and countryside from the doorstep. It is a great location for visiting the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District national parks. An amazing and special place for friends or family to get together for a weekend retreat, short break or longer holiday.

A peaceful EcoBarn with beautiful views

Perfect for the soul and the environment alike ~ much consideration has been taken, where possible, to save and preserve our beautiful planet ~ reusing, recycling and renovating. The barn is heated by a ground source heat pump, rainwater is collected for flushing the toilets and the water source is fresh from the fells. The stillness and tranquility of this special space will share itself with you, offering fond memories ~ recharging and inspiring nostalgia.

Tizzer's Wash House

If you love quirky and cosy look no further. A unique, compact retreat in the historic former market town of Dent hidden away in a less visited but stunning corner of the Dales. Ideally located for the Dalesway and Three peaks walks and within 5 minute walk of pubs and cafes with easy riverside walks down Dentdale or mountains for the committed walker. The Wash House was lovingly crafted by the owner; an artist and award winning holiday cottage designer.

Helmswood Barn - Helm Byre

Helmswood Barn is a newly renovated barn conversion within the Yorkshire Dales. Dentdale is often referred to as the prettiest of Dales. Our home is at the foot Helm Knott, with access onto the fell from the back garden. Private access to two walled paddocks is available. Secure storage for cycles is available upon request. Access to the gardens is available to all guests. We are located near the village of Dent, or a short drive into the Lake District.

our lovely 2 bedroom cottage features a welcoming living area with a log burner, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom also a rear garden with seating in a quiet friendly area. come and enjoy Sedbergh walks with fabulous views with shops, cafes and pubs located approximately 3/4 mile into the market town where you can also find a tourist information centre. the property is situated on the dalesway walk and also the hamlet having won Cumbria in bloom multiple times.

Cottage Dent Yorkshire Dales

The grade 2 listed White Hart House retains all of the charm and character you would expect from a former 17th century Coaching Inn. The three storey cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Dent in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Dent is ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales but it is also in close reach to the market town of Sedbergh and the Lake District with the village itself residing in the county of Cumbria.

Brontë Cottage is a beautiful 3-bedroom Yorkshire Dales holiday cottage situated on the edge of a working farm alongside the Clough River, 4 miles east of Sedbergh. This cottage offers gorgeous views of Rise Hill and modern amenities, perfect for holidays with family or friends. This former Methodist church has been fully refurbished to a high standard and beautifully decorated throughout, perfect for family holidays. 1x Dog Permitted.

The Plough Pod with hot tub at Dentdale Pods

The Plough Pod is a warm and cosy luxury pod Yorkshire Dales — the perfect base for couples or small families wanting to explore the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. The Pod also includes a covered hot tub. Part of Dentdale Pods — a small, luxury glamping site with three unique pods on a working farm. Other pods (The Fallow & The Old Harrow ) are also available to book for groups wishing to hire the whole site.
