Within five minutes walk lies Moor Park which is excellent for walking with or without dogs. Also in close proximity are UCLAN, Royal Preston Hospital, and BAE. The motorway junction is 2 miles away taking you to Blackpool within 30 minutes (Via M55) and to the Lake District within 60 minutes (M6)

In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. This cosy ground floor apartment is tucked away in it's own private courtyard, just a short walking distance to Preston city centre, all UCLan buildings, Moor Park and Preston North End football ground. It has just been lovingly restored by us to a very high standard. Everything is brand new, including the heating system which warms all rooms in minutes. We're happy to be flexible and discuss any specific requirements, but rest assured there are no hidden additional charges.
