Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Elena è stata molto puntuale e precisa nel darmi le giuste indicazioni per trovare l’alloggio, che si trova nel cuore dell’Umbria e in una zona piacevolmente isolata e quindi tranquilla . La casa era pulita e in ordine e corrispondente alle foto . Varie indicazioni dell’host all’interno dell’appartamento hanno reso il pernottamento semplice. Una nota di merito per la presenza di un mobiletto dove abbiamo trovato libri, fumetti , ma anche pastelli e fogli per far divertire i bambini . Elena ci ha anche indicato un ristorantino nella zona dove abbiamo cenato benissimo Consiglio infine l appartamento come punto di appoggio per visitare le tante attrazioni della zona.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

Wunderschönes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, grosser Pool. Wunderbare Umgebung in der Natur mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

Abbiamo alloggiato a casa di Derek e Loredana per una sola notte. Siamo stati benissimo. Gentili e disponibili ad accoglierci anche se arrivati prima dell’orario previsto per il check in. Appartamento comodo, ampio, dotato di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Letti comodi. Biancheria pulitissima. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Cialde per il caffè, tè, zucchero a disposizione. Davvero tutto perfetto!! Il loro border collie Zeus è stato molto amichevole e giocherellone. Torneremo sicuramente se capiteremo da quelle parti. Grazie mille 🤩

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nella casa di Sergio a San Feliciano. La vista sul Lago Trasimeno è davvero mozzafiato, un panorama incantevole di cui non ci si stanca mai. La casa è ottima, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Sergio è stato un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante con una vista spettacolare sul lago.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

Appartamento curato e dotato di tutte le necessità, l'impianto di riscaldamento è molto efficiente: abbiamo soggiornato qui in giornate molto fredde e la casa si riscalda davvero in poco tempo. La struttura è in collina, in un'area tranquilla e silenziosa. Il giardino completamente recintato è suddiviso un uno spiazzo erboso in cui si può parcheggiare da un lato, ma anche comodamente mangiare all'aperto e un pezzetto di bosco in cui i nostri cagnolini hanno amato correre e giocare. La location è anche comodissima, a 5 minuti dal minimetrò, da parchi e diverse attività commerciali. Raggiungere il centro di Perugia è stato semplicissimo. Contentissime anche della co-host Anna che è stata sempre reattiva, gentile e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

So pleased with our choice to stay here. After long days of site seeing, it was so nice to come back to our little paradise away from it all. The house is exactly like the pictures and what was represented in the details. The property is lovely, wishing we were able to use the beautiful deck and outside areas but was still chilly at night. The fireplace made up for it though. The beds were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was wonderful. It couldn't have been more perfect. Cristina was a lovely host. She left us alone unless we needed her and had a quick response whenever we had a quick question. We were sad we had to leave. We definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a go home feeling after a long day, and getting away from the crowds. Such a nice place to unwind. We will be back, so much more to see and this place is a great central location to the greater Umbria area. Thank you, Cristina!

Persone simpatiche e cordiali ci hanno informato dei posti da visitare e dei ristoranti dove mangiare il giorno di Pasqua ,ci sentivamo a casa ,molto tranquillo ,solo natura e canto degli uccellini al mattino,la piscina bella pulita peccato nn averla usata nn era ancora aperta...

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Umbria. The farmhouse apartment is beautifully decorated and we immediately felt right at home. The location is also idyllic; we really enjoyed the local ‘welcome walk’ and ‘secret place’ walk, as well as our day trips to towns like Assisi, Perugia, and Todi. Ella was an excellent host throughout our stay—she was both responsive and generous. She also has lots of knowledge of the area and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations. We look forward to visiting again as soon as possible!

Quello di Cristiana non è un semplice alloggio, è un gioiello. Incastonato nella zona del Bosco Sacro, permette di interiorizzare la pace del luogo. Saranno il sole rosso del tramonto che si infila tra i rami, le giunchiglie spontanee o i rumori della natura attorno, è impossibile non portarsi questo posto nel cuore. Cristiana è semplicemente deliziosa, disponibile e accogliente, cercando di esaudire ogni curiosità o richiesta degli ospiti. Lo chalet è magico sul serio: un ambiente intimo, romantico e caldo. Un posto assolutamente da visitare o, meglio ancora, un posto in cui perdersi lasciando alle spalle tutto il resto!

Très très belle maison pleine de charme avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Hôtes très réactifs et proposant de nombreuses options bien appréciable. Au plaisir d’y revenir un jour !

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

I've spent almost a week in Casa Boschetto with my family (including 3 kids from 6 to 13 years old) and the experience was excellent. The host was very friendly, very informative on the place and very reactive and helpful when we had questions. The place was tidy and really peaceful and beautiful as per description. Amazing view of the surroundings. It was well equipped for family like ours, considering the outdoor pool (clean), the tennis table, the soccer table and the pool table. There are options for outdoor or indoor barbecue... Marsciano is the closest town 10 mins away, with shops and plenty of great restaurants, if you are willing to experience the local gastronomy. We really enjoyed our staying and we would love to come back here in future!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Noch schöner als auf den Fotos 🌞 wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit und waren sogar im Pool schwimmen :) es war sehr privat und wir hatten für unsere große Gruppe viel Platz. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Claudia war sehr nett und total hilfreich. Toller Restaurant Tipp :)

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

Wer bei Reilly einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, hat ihn auf jeden Fall gefunden. Man hat einen fantatischen Blick über das Tal und Ruhe wenn man sie sucht. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort den man benötigt um unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Gut Essen kann man definitv in Montefalco und guten Wein und ausgezeichnetes Olivenöl findet man ebenso. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ind sorglos glücklich

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!
