Kaunis erillistalo Alajärven rannalla rauhallisessa miljöössä 10km päässä Ivalon keskustasta. Rannassa hienohiekkainen matala ranta sekä puulämmitteinen rantasauna vieraiden käytettävissä erillisestä maksusta. Myös kota käytettävissä, puut maksusta. Talvella rannasta pääsee kelkkareiteille sekä hiihtämään. Lähistöllä kauniita ulkoilumaastoja. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Asunnon voi siivota itse, jolloin siivousmaksu palautetaan.
