The house features fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with clean linens, small washer & dryer, & patio for outdoor dining. Feel free to use 2 person kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs!

Blue Lake Haven is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a hot tub, a large furnished deck with outdoor seating and dining, and a private boat dock and private beach area. The community has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis.

The sofa doubles as a comfortable pull-out bed for two. Stay cool with air conditioning or enjoy the breeze by opening the container doors with bug netting.

She's a Brick Lake House is a spacious, stately home on the private side of Lake Anna, VA, just steps from warm water in a quiet cove with 150 feet of waterfront and a sandy bottom with a gentle slope. Perfect for large family gatherings and small children. 5 Bedrooms, (K, K BB, K, Q, Q BB BB) a large, well-appointed kitchen, wet bar, pool table, air hockey, Fiber Wi-Fi , 4 TVs with ROKU, DVD players, kayaks and paddle boards, a rowboat, private dock, and fire pit. Linens are included.

Welcome to The Gull’s Nest Potomac Riverfront home

Come relax with family and friends on the back deck with fantastic views of the Potomac River! Bring your kayak, paddle board and fishing gear and access the river from the property or head to the community beach a few minutes walk down the road. Our home was built in 1990 as a place to enjoy the river and area. Our kids and their many cousins grew up spending summers and weekends on the water. Now that they are grown, we would like to share our home with you!

The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.
