Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 10 minutes walk. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Brixham is a short drive away and famous for one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK and home to some of the finest sea food you can imagine, also with Churston Golf course nearby for those who have a handicap ! This property is a ideal base for exploring the beautiful coast and countryside, with picturesque villages and outstanding coastline it makes it one of the top places to holiday in the UK.

This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This family friendly self contained annex has everything you need for your holiday in East Devon. Colyton is just 3 miles from the sea & on the beautiful Jurassic coast. Private garden with large decked patio to enjoy this quiet part of Devon. Just 15 mins drive from the beautiful Lyme Regis & Sidmouth and an ideal base for coastal path walks. Seaton's famous electric tramway is minutes away. Lovely quiet area

Lovely cottage close to the beach in Sidmouth

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Stylish town centre cottage with parking, a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches. It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly.

Balcony off second bedroom with small table & chairs, that catches the Sun all day and Harbour views. Small shed in courtyard with beach windbreak, fishing rods, childrens crabing gear, useful for storage of Pram, outboard engine, inflatable.
