Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

The Old Dairy, converted to a cottage at Redhays Holiday Cottages, sleeping up to 4, with a heated indoor pool and set in 13 acres of countryside. A rural retreat with picturesque gardens and visiting wildlife. The cottage enables relaxation and the option to explore. Its central location makes it the perfect base to explore Devon’s attractions, as well as giving access to both coasts. Appealing to both nature lovers and walkers, beach enthusiasts and historians, whether adults or children.

Magical shepherds hut overlooking the river with stunning views, walks from the hut and a host of wildlife. Swimming for dogs ( and humans) Snuggle up around the firepit and listen to the owls hooting or sit out in the sunshine and you might even spot Kingfishers, or an otter if you're very lucky. The Garden Barn is a completely separate and private annex situated across the courtyard from the main house, with private garden and BBQ. Guests are also welcome to explore the extensive gardens, wildlife meadow and stream. We would love to welcome you to our hidden gem to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place.

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Cobb Cottage - HiddenDevon

Cobb Cottage is one of Three gorgeous cottages we have at HiddenDevon. It is a fully renovated 450 year old Cobb Farmhouse, it has toasty warm underfloor heating , a log burner , Cute but well equipped Kitchen , Upstairs bathroom + additional downstairs toilet , Enclosed garden with Patio and seating, set in the gorgeous Devon countryside , yet easy access to the best of North Devon, Beaches (35 mins) between the moors ,and lots of dog friendly pubs.

You will have access to an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area, a bedroom with an en-suite, bathroom, garden and downstairs W/C.

Our Cottage is situated within our garden in beautiful sleepy Sampford Courtenay. We are pet free (allergy free from pet related allergy) If you are looking for a quiet picturesque Devonshire village, with little interruption, close to Dartmoor for walking / cycling with a lovely traditional local pub, thatched of course, then look no further. If you are a runner we have the new local Parkrun at Simmons Park, Okehampton.
