We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great house right on the shingle beach. Wonderful view of the sea and around the bay from the terrace. We had a lovely relaxing long weekend in the glorious sunshine. Very well equipped house, everything you'd need in the kitchen and some extra goodies from Donna as well as milk, butter, tea etc. Great games room although the weather was so good we didn't use it much. Donna is an excellent host, good communication. We hope to return.

Nick and Helen have created a well designed and cozy space to relax in, and it's so close to the sea, beaches, very good restaurants, beaches, the Turner in Margate, antique and vintage shops, lovely walks, etc. Plus Nick was delightful to chat to when we arrived, which put a smile on all of our faces. Would definitely come back, especially when the pool is a go!

Our second visit to Beach Drive, just as great as the first time we visited two years ago. The house is well equipped for cosy evenings and is perfectly situated for exploring the coastal path. Julie's communication is excellent, she kindly sorted new car pass details for me at short notice which was a weight off my mind. Would definitely stay again.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Oceana. Rob was thoroughly helpful throughout booking, right up to checking out. He even allowed an early check in, which was great. We were blessed with pure sunshine during our stay and I must say, this place is in the most idyllic spot, right at the top of the hill, with gorgeous views out to sea. I recommend an early start for sunrise, which I enjoyed with a cup of tea on the cosy sofa. The balcony is also a lovely spot for a glass of wine after a day on the beach. Saundersfoot beach and Coppet Hall beach were our top spots for building sandcastles with our two year old and we also enjoyed trips to Folly Farm and Tenby. Tops Pizza and The Royal Oak in Saundersfoot were both places we’d also really recommend. Thanks so much, Rob. We have already booked again for next year!

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nina’s house in Southbourne, and we can't recommend it enough! The house itself was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our large group. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities at the house, which added to our overall experience. Whether it was soaking in the hot tub or cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, everything was just right for our getaway. Nina, our host, was exceptional. She was responsive, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nina, for being such a wonderful host!

Everything was as described. Neil was a great host and left a very generous welcome pack and a really useful folder of information. The house is in a good location, is spacious, and has amazing showers (although the high water pressure was less useful when our son drowned the kitchen as soon as we arrived!). The kitchen, although not that modern, is large and very well equipped. We didn't use the dining area much except for meals: it was a bit chilly (bring slippers for the tiled floor), there were no blinds on the windows, and WiFi didn't reach well into that room. In fact, it's worth bringing a collapsible table if you plan to use a laptop much in the house. The beds were all really comfortable but the curtains in most bedrooms are very light and thin so blackout blinds are advised. We stayed outside the swimming pool opening season but used the pool at Ruda down the road which was really fun. The pool table was great for an extra activity on rainy days. Overall, we'd recommend.

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

A lovely place, cosy and warm. Easy walk to the beach and town centre. Bus stop close by for buses to Studland and Bournemouth. Handy off street parking. Had a great time.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

We had a lovely stay in this place. The area was lovely and quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach. This was a perfect venue for a short break with the dog and we would definitely book again. Good communication and hassle free entry and departure.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Hut! The views are incredible. The location is spot on. The home is perfect for holidays in the sun or cosy winter holidays by the large log burner. The local walks and amenities are right on the door step and the beach is as close as it looks in the pictures. Everything was perfect. we can't wait to come back. Thank you 😊
