A recently renovated family home, surrounded by a 4000 m2 garden right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki and a great view to the Gulf of Mount Athos. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, swimming at any time with stops for eating, relaxing, reading a book, or a walk in the countryside. Many other activities are available nearby, including scuba diving, horse riding, daily cruises to Mount Athos, visits to archaeological sites or traditional villages.

This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

KariBa House - Sunset view

A beautiful and cozy Sunset House with a wonderful sea view, just few steps from crystal clear sea. This private house includes two bedrooms ,living room with kitchen,two bathrooms ,yard and big balcony with amazing view. It also has an outdoor shower and a barbeque in a yard. The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.

Views of all views come and enjoy this 1 bedroom.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
