The well thought out & stylish interior includes a spacious open plan living area which can be found on the ground floor, with sliding doors providing access to the patio & large lawn, a perfect spot for alfresco dining. The 4 delightful bedrooms can be found on the lower ground along with the modern bathrooms & utility.

Perched alongside the brook that gives this stunning holiday home its name, Barberry Brook is a peace-seekers dream. Set over 2 floors & flooded with natural light, this atmospheric little house offers modern luxury with a generous dose of timeless nature. Treat yourself to a lie-in in the sumptuous king-size bed, whilst you listen to the gentle trickling of the brook & soft cooing of doves nearby. Or take a long luxurious soak in the unique open plan bathtub, complete with its own stream view.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Set in the village of Ponsworthy, directly on the Two Moors Way and within short driving distance of many of Dartmoor’s Tors, walks and beauty spots is Quinn Tor with its own beautiful hill and river front, mature oaks- and a rock formation we lovingly call our own little Tor. The Wheelhouse is set on Quinn Tor and has been lovingly converted into a unique and beautiful barn with tranquil, comfortable and modern interiors. It is a much loved home and we are now happy to welcome guests!
