Bright, Luxurious, Apartment in the Heart of DC

Recline with a book on a rock-gray sofa steeped in the soothing tenor of this bright apartment featuring colorful artworks, classic furnishings, and rich hardwood floors. Prep meals in a warm galley kitchen and dine at a modern glass-top table. Enjoy watching the world go by from the spacious balcony. *This property has contactless check-in, strict cleaning, and sanitation measures designed for COVID-19 prevention* This is a large, 850 sqft, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms apartment, bright, with lots of windows, and modern furniture. It comes with parking space for one car right below the apartment. A sofa bed in living room accommodates one child. The apartment unit and parking below. There is a Whole Foods supermarket two blocks away and many gyms and yoga studios to try right next. We have a 98 (out 100) walk paradise score. My other fav grocery store nearby is Traders Joes. As often as you need. A 5-block walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, the apartment occupies a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of great dining and shopping just steps away. There’s a supermarket two blocks away, as well the cocktail bars that line 14th St NW. There are several Metro stations nearby, the most convenient is Dupont Cicle, red line, also there are shuttles and buses to different locations nearby. There are discounts for monthly rents.

Bright, large zen studio on historic Logan Circle

Bright, open plan nearly 1,000 square foot private studio apartment with space for an entire family in historic Logan Circle neighborhood on a quiet street. This English basement has great ceiling height, good natural light, clean white paint, & a peaceful, zen design. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Short walk to White House, Mall & museums. Logan Circle is DC's hottest & hippest area with a 96 walk score. Stay in a historically preserved brownstone right in the center of it all!

Lux in heart of DC social scene, free parking!

Unit #2. We have a fun, modern decor that showcases a love of our pet friendly home! One parking spot. There are two bedrooms: the primary and a second bedroom room (that we use as a dressing room) both are small rooms with deluxe memory foam Murphy beds - both with attached full bathrooms. Special note: this is our full-time home. We live here and our personal things remain here throughout your stay. Please think of yourself as close friends who have come for a visit - we’ll do the same!

Walking distance from the city's top restaurant district (14th St), Downtown and the White House, and the Dupont Circle and U Street metro stations (Red, Green and Yellow lines). It's the ideal location for vacationers looking to see DC (including families), or for those doing business in the city. One large bedroom with king size bed. This roomy and bright two- bedroom two-bathroom condominium in the heart of DC is newly renovated with an open layout, large chef’s kitchen. The a spa-like master bath and the secondary room with glass desk and mini fridge is there to make our guests feel a uniq stay in DC. Welcome to our gorgeous unit in our Victorian house in Logan/Shaw ! The rental is in a separate floor of our brand-new house with its own private entrance. It has space and all the amenities for 4 guests: 2 bedrooms, a closet, a full bath, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a double induction cooktop and lots of natural light. Comfortable beds, excellent wifi, smart TV. The space is modern, bright, cosy and sustainable (solar powered). Everything you need for a perfect stay.

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away.
