The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. There are 3 bedrooms in the house - one with a king size bed, another with a double bed and the third one is with two single beds. There is dedicated office space as well and a walking closet, equipped with iron, ironing board and steamer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room provides plenty of seating spaces. Welcome to the Wild Atlantic Bus my name is Richard and I have transformed this 28 year old double decker bus after its life’s work transporting people around England and Ireland into a unique holiday and accommodation experience…..the bus is based in the heart of nature and near my country cottage and only a 5 minute walk down a country lane to the famous Lough Corrib one of the last remaining native brown trout lakes in Europe…..

Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.
