Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

House Terra is located in the small and quite place called Najevi near UNESCO cities Trogir, Split and Šibenik. If you are someone who likes to relax in nature and explore various beauties, then House Terra is perfect for you. It is surrounded by olive trees, it fills you with a feeling of peace and quiet. Local beaches are located 3.5 km from the house, and also National parks. The house is 20 km from the airport. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
