It is within walking distance to the town where you will find award-wining restaurants and pubs, a market and independent shops. Only two miles to Dartmoor National Park. A Victorian miners' cottage, part of the Tamar Valley World Heritage Site, it is cosy and refurbished to a high standard. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

With beautiful views south across the picturesque valley, our small garden overlooks Forde Abbey, with views of the magnificent avenue of trees, and the highest powered fountain in the country. Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
