It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. Ty Hâf is detached, situated next to our own home, with lovely views of the Clwydian hills from the front patio. A place to relax, walk and enjoy this great location. An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

The Paddock

The Paddock cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached bungalow set in the owner's 3 acre grounds, with views over the rolling countryside. Set all on the ground floor, the spacious living/dining room features a cosy electric fire and a large Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped and has both a dishwasher and washing machine. Accommodation is spread over 2 comfortable double bedroom, one of which has a kingsize bed and the other has French doors leading to the patio area.
