Whilst only being minutes away from Torbay's famous beaches and attractions, with the south hams only minutes in the other direction.

A detached bungalow with minimal modern furnishings. Small garden with patio, table and chairs. Large open plan living, dinning, kitchen area with a wood burner. One bedroom, with a king size bed. One bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa in the lounge. Clean modern bathroom with double ended bath and shower. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Terraced house in Bridgetown, Totnes

Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Dartmouth is 4 miles away with its fine selection of shops & restaurants. The breathtaking South Devon AONB coastline is on your doorstep with the coast path only minutes away.

Partridge Nest, situated in an old farmhouse, surrounded by its own fields & woodland. This cosy and quiet, idyllic countryside retreat is perfect for a romantic break for two all year round. Imagine relaxing on the patio, or lounging in the wood fired hot tub overlooking our beautiful fields and gazing up at the stars. Enjoy stunning countryside views with a short 5-10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the seaside towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. No smoking indoors please.

Beautiful Hembury Woods and majestic Buckfast Abbey are around the corner and the charming towns of Ashburton and Totnes are a short drive away. The annexe is spacious and light, surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquillity. The perfect place to relax after a day's walking on Dartmoor. Suitable for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & well behaved furry friends

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The Barn, Soussons Farm

The Barn, Soussons Farm, a cosy welcoming space to use as a base for exploring Dartmoor, surrounded by beautiful open space with numerous bridle paths and footpaths right on your door step. It's a converted granite barn with open plan living room with woodburner and kitchen upstairs. Two comfy bedrooms downstairs. Bathroom with roomy shower. No mobile signal but limited broadband, and WiFi calling. Well behaved dogs welcome for a fee payable before arrival.

Idyllic, peaceful converted 19th Century Barn

The Pound House is a self contained two bedroom converted 19th Century barn in the idyllic, rural, and peaceful valley of Blagdon in South Devon. Blagdon is nestled in a a beautiful South Devon Valley betwixt the moors and the sea with easy access to local attractions and tourist areas. Only 3 miles away from the English Riviera Coast and the historic town of Totnes, with its excellent range of independent shops and restaurants.
