Situated in the Second Oldest Town in TN. Only 5 minutes to Douglas Lake and two premier golf courses. Visit downtown Knoxville for dinner and nightlife. Twenty five minute drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The peaceful side of the Smokies awaits. Home is conveniently located just off I-40.

Nestled on 6.6 acres of wooded privacy on Douglas Lake, Cozy Cove is a perfect place to relax as you view the Smoky Mountains from a spacious, wrap around deck. Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Bring your family and enjoy the views of Douglas Lake with the Smoky Mountains in the backdrop in our comfortable lake house. Our lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

This is a small, yet stunningly beautiful authentic log home on a 40-acre estate on the shores of Douglas Lake in a primary location. It is the guest house for the estate, and there is a larger main house that is also available for short term rentals. Both booked together make a wonderful vacation! The cabin feels as if you are off in a peaceful world by yourself. It is at the end of a peninsula with a half-mile driveway away from the nearest road and surrounded by a 28,000-acre lake.

Private, roomy studio with bed swing on porch

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage with Mountain Views

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
