The description and details of this place don't do it justice. It was a wonderfully clean, cozy, and peaceful environment. Timothy was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it! The price is fantastic for such a lovely spot.

We had an amazing stay at this condo in the heart of Gatlinburg!! It was spotless clean and very inviting. There was even a welcome basket!! We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends! The host was wonderful and very responsive!

Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

This was definitely a great place. We loved the loft. It was a big change from our country life. Loved how close the restaurants where. Felt like it was a safe area. Thanks for the ear plugs, for the train.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely, clean, convenient and just what we needed. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

James and jenny were amazing hosts. Theyre communication was excellent and the town we stayed in was so beautiful. Would 10/10 recommend staying with this wonderful couple in this wonderful town. Will definitely be coming back next year!!

House was perfect for our needs and was close to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Driveway was a little challenging for our lowered cars but the house was beautiful and the location worked out great!

The house was very clean and the street was surprisingly quiet being downtown and close to several major construction sites. UT football stadium was visible from the cross street and right across the river from the house, it was an ideal location for our needs. The door app was awful and did not work on either phone we had, but Nicholas and group were very responsive via text and got us the code for the actual key quickly.

My kids really enjoyed the arcade and games and didn't want to go out and do anything else. We were able to get our own groceries and cook there. We never saw anyone else around the premises. GPS took us straight to the house, and it was 5 minutes from Dollywood. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, it was a great experience overall and the price was comparable to everything else in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Wanted a quick getaway and this place was perfect:) Close enough to a lot of different things, but also remote enough to be able to enjoy the patio in silence. Would love to go back!

My wife and I traveled to the Pigeon Forge area in order to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I reached out to the host who graciously accommodated our extra request and provided a personal host note which we appreciated. We experienced a staff who was properly responsive, the place to be clean and nicely stocked.

I could say so much about this place, I absolutely loved it and so did my family. It was so peaceful, and the patio with the lights were just gorgeous. The outside is so spacious and perfect for relaxation. The kitchen and dining area was immaculate. The bedrooms, were squeaky clean and adorable. The bathrooms, were clean and stocked. The downstairs, was so huge and loved how everything was placed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our trip to pigeon forge.

Was a perfect place for our short stay. The house was just as described. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick easy pickup for our Uber pick ups. Neighborhood looked sketchy at first, but ended up being quiet. No issues with check in. Would stay again

Great place in a GREAT location and we had a wonderful time! Super clean house had everything listed. Quiet neighborhood and super private in the back yard. We would most definitely stay again while in the area.

Matt’s place was absolutely remarkable! Everything was easily described, clear instructions were given, and Matt was very quick with response if you had a concern. His property was very conveniently to all of the attractions that we were looking forward to seeing. We will definitely be booking one of Matt’s properties again!

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.
