On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Lakefront cottage on Koontz Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a huge yard for playing. Plenty of fun games and activities with some amenities within walking distance. Easily park 5+ vehicles. Just bring yourselves, your pontoon or PWCs, and a smile. We provide plateware, cups, linens and towels. Just bring your water toys, beach towels, and fishing poles.

We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. . Breakfast is an option if I'm available and is requested ahead of time. We’re across the street from Lake Manitou. We’re also close to 2 golf courses. We are just a few miles from H.way 31.
